This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff at the reception were available at every hrs. The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel ended up normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, but they fix it. Very pleasant hotel and good area. Surely will suggest this hotel!

Good team, quite welcoming and helpful specially throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a wonderful offer. The receptionist is magnificent, is familiar with very good locations to go to for holidaymakers.

Really great and clean place. The location is excellent, precisely what we were looking for. Beds were being pretty comfy. There wasn’t a great deal about the social ambiance however it´s excellent for a full night relaxation. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will probably book again for my following stop by to Newmarket.
